Before picking up your mail or courier parcel, make sure the packaging is not damaged in transportation. In particular, pay attention to the state of the tapes (they should be the company's seller's tapes) labeled on the shipment.

If the package is damaged or when the tape is broken, please refrain from receiving the parcel and in the presence of the courier, open it and possibly make a record of the injury and contact the seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter. Checking the status of the consignment at delivery is an indispensable condition to take into account possible Customer claims for damage, non-compliance with the order or robbery in transport.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Returns should be sent via the Polish Post or courier company with the note ZWROT directly to: ul.Zaboklickiego 4-2, 05-480 Karczew.

Returns of purchased goods are only accepted on condition that they are not worn, ie they are originally packed (including untreated plastic packaging) and are supplied complete with attached accessories.

Money for returned goods will be sent to your account or address within 7 working days. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, you must file a statement within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal. The form of the statement may be arbitrary, but for the purpose of proof, it is best done in writing and sent to our address by traditional mail, fax or e-mail. Complaints regarding mechanical damage caused during transport are only dealt with on the basis of the complaint protocol written in the presence of the service provider.

We will process your complaint within 14 days of its receipt. We cover shipping costs resulting from incorrect order fulfillment by our store.
